1. Delivery Areas

Currently, we serve Guwahati and neighboring regions within a 50km radius. We are constantly expanding our delivery reach.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Standard Delivery: Orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically delivered the same day.
• Next Day Delivery: Orders placed after 12:00 PM are delivered the following business day.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery is free for orders above ₹2000. For orders below this threshold, a flat delivery fee may apply, which will be clearly shown at the time of checkout.

4. Order Tracking

You can track the status of your order (Placed, Packed, Out for Delivery, Delivered) in real-time through the "Orders" section of your account.

5. Delivery Protocol

Our delivery partners will deliver the products to the address provided in your profile. Please ensure that a representative from your business is available to receive the consignment and verify the items.
