Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are marked as "Packed". Once an order is assigned to our packing team, cancellation is no longer possible through the portal.

2. Return Policy

Since we deal in wholesale supplies, returns are only accepted in cases of:

  • Damaged or tampered packaging at the time of delivery.
  • Incorrect items delivered compared to the order placed.
  • Expired products or quality concerns (must be reported at time of delivery).

3. Refund Process

In case of a successful return or pre-packing cancellation, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Online Payments: The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • COD: Refunds will be provided as store credit or via bank transfer to the registered business account.

4. Reporting Issues

Any discrepancies in the delivered order must be reported to our delivery partner immediately or emailed to orders@hyper-mart.in within 2 hours of delivery.
